Terms and conditions
Version: 11 July 2026
These terms are written to make the ordering process and the responsibilities on both sides clear before a binding purchase is made.
1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to orders and subscriptions placed through zmorgi.ch. The provider is beeVisio AG, Weieracherstrasse 4, 8184 Bachenbülach, Switzerland. Individual written agreements with business customers take precedence where they differ from these terms.
2. Service and availability
zmorgi arranges and delivers fresh products from regional partner bakeries. Delivery is available only for the postcodes, dates and capacities confirmed by the shop. A positive postcode check is not a guarantee for every future date; the availability shown immediately before ordering is authoritative.
3. Products, images and allergens
Product descriptions and images explain the offer but natural and handmade products may vary in appearance, weight and recipe within reasonable limits. Ingredient and allergen information must be reviewed before ordering. Customers with a serious allergy should contact us before placing an order so that binding information can be confirmed with the bakery.
4. Ordering process and contract
You select the delivery address and date, add products, review quantities, price, fees and customer information, accept the applicable terms and use the clearly labelled payment button to submit a binding order. Input errors can be corrected before submission. The contract is concluded when we send an order confirmation or begin fulfilment. If payment or capacity validation fails, no contract is concluded.
5. Prices, fees and minimum order
Prices are in Swiss francs and include applicable VAT. One-off orders and subscriptions use separate pricing. Conditions may vary by order type, confirmed subscription frequency and delivery date, including weekends and public holidays. The applicable delivery fee, minimum order value, discount and total amount are displayed before the binding order.
6. Payment
Consumer payments are processed through Payrexx using the methods offered at checkout. The amount is charged when indicated in the ordering flow. Business customers may receive consolidated invoices where agreed. Failed or reversed payments may suspend future deliveries until settled.
7. Delivery
The delivery address, recipient, telephone number and instruction must be complete and accurate. Standard morning delivery is by 08:45 unless a different time has been agreed. Times are delivery windows rather than guaranteed minute-by-minute appointments. If you authorise an unattended drop-off, risk passes when the order is placed at the instructed, reasonably protected location. Additional costs caused by an inaccessible or incorrect address may be charged where reasonable.
8. Order deadlines, changes and cancellation
The applicable order deadline is shown in the shop and may depend on the bakery, postcode and delivery day. Changes or cancellations must reach us before that deadline. Once it has passed, the bakery may already have started production and the order remains payable. Statutory rights for non-performance or defective goods remain unaffected.
9. Subscriptions
A subscription creates recurring orders for the selected days and products. The current configuration and price are shown in the account. Future deliveries can be changed, paused or ended before their applicable deadline. Ending a subscription prevents future orders but does not cancel an order already released to production. There is no fixed minimum term unless expressly stated when the subscription is created.
10. Fresh food and returns
Bakery products are perishable and made for a specific delivery date. They cannot be returned merely because you change your mind. This does not limit your rights if goods are missing, materially defective or not delivered as agreed.
11. Complaints and refunds
Please report a missing, incorrect or materially defective delivery as soon as possible, ideally on the delivery day, to info@zmorgi.com and include the order reference and a photo where useful. Depending on the circumstances, we may replace the item, credit the account or refund the affected amount.
12. Business customers
Business customers must ensure that the person placing orders is authorised. Agreed delivery points, invoice contacts and internal cost references must be kept current. Custom quantities, delivery times or invoicing arrangements apply only when confirmed by us.
13. Liability
We are liable in accordance with mandatory Swiss law. To the extent legally permitted, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded where it was not caused intentionally or by gross negligence. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to inform customers and limit the effects.
14. Data protection
Personal data is processed as described in our privacy notice. Delivery details are shared with the assigned bakery, delivery personnel and logistics providers only to the extent required for fulfilment.
15. Applicable law and venue
Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection venues remain reserved. In all other cases, the courts at the registered office of beeVisio AG have jurisdiction. We encourage customers to contact support first so that concerns can be resolved directly.
