Service and delivery

What is zmorgi?+

zmorgi is a Swiss breakfast delivery service. We collect fresh bakery goods from regional partner bakeries and deliver them in the morning to homes, offices and organisations in active postcode areas.

Where does zmorgi deliver?+

Active routes currently cover 201 postcodes in parts of Zurich, Zug, Aargau, Basel-Landschaft and Solothurn. Coverage is determined by postcode, not by an entire canton. Use the postcode checker for your exact address.

When will my order arrive?+

Standard delivery is by 08:45 unless a different time has been agreed for a business customer. Available dates and the relevant order deadline are displayed during ordering.

Where will the driver leave the delivery?+

You can provide a clear delivery instruction, such as a milk box, reception desk or agreed safe place. The location must be accessible and suitable for food delivery.

What happens if my postcode is not available?+

Use the dedicated area-request form. Local demand helps us plan routes and identify the next regional bakery partnerships. An area request does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Ordering and subscriptions

Can I order without a subscription?+

Yes. One-off orders are available for the dates shown in the shop. A subscription is useful when you want recurring deliveries and the flexibility to adjust future days and products.

Can I change or pause a subscription?+

Yes. Future deliveries can be adjusted or paused before the applicable order deadline. Deliveries that have already passed the deadline may already be in production and can no longer be changed online.

How is payment handled?+

Online payments are processed securely by Payrexx. zmorgi does not store complete card numbers. Business customers may be offered consolidated invoicing subject to agreement.

Are delivery fees and minimum order values shown before payment?+

Yes. One-off orders and subscriptions use separate pricing. For a one-off order, the selected delivery date determines the applicable terms; for a subscription, the number of confirmed weekly delivery days determines the tier. The binding minimum order, delivery fee and total are shown before payment.

Can I order for somebody else?+

Yes. Enter the recipient and delivery address at checkout and provide an instruction that helps the driver find the correct drop-off point.

Products and business customers

Which products can I order?+

The range depends on the partner bakery serving your postcode. After the postcode check, the shop shows the currently available breads, croissants and other bakery products.

How are allergens handled?+

Product information should be reviewed before ordering. If you have a serious allergy or need binding ingredient information, contact us before placing the order so we can clarify it with the bakery.

Can offices arrange a recurring team breakfast?+

Yes. Offices can request recurring delivery days, quantities and a delivery point. Postcode coverage, capacity and any special invoicing arrangement are confirmed before launch.

Do you work with care organisations and schools?+

Yes. We support recurring deliveries for care providers, nurseries, schools and other organisations, with quantities and timing planned around their daily routine.

How can a bakery become a partner?+

Use the bakery partner page or contact us. We review product quality, capacity, delivery area, order deadlines and the operational handover before activating a partnership.
